Our software analyzes the behavior of over 3 billion people on social media in real-time, allowing for a fast reaction to viral trends. Storyclash is used all over Europe by big publishing houses, agencies and brands.
As a Customer Success Manager, you maintain relationships with our existing customers and understand their problems, needs and wishes.
The maintenance and strengthening of your customer relationships is carried out by telephone, email and in person at the office (focusing on the DACH region).
You look after a diverse customer base: major brands, media companies and agencies.
You sell new product features, making a significant contribution to our revenue growth.
You coordinate with the product team regarding customer requests and requirements. You know our software by heart and bring in ideas and suggestions for improvement.
You have a foundation in commercial or technical education related to sales, marketing, software or social media.
You have experience in customer support within the software environment (ideally SaaS).
You have a strong affinity for IT and experience in dealing with social media.
You speak fluent German and English; other foreign languages are of course an advantage.
You love human contact and are open, confident and communicative.
